These proposed terms describe the current local-first app and public website. They do not cover future accounts or public APIs.

The service

Last Watched provides an iPhone app for tracking shows, movies, and watch progress, plus a public information and support website. The current service has no Last Watched account, hosted watch-history sync, or public developer API.

Using Last Watched

  • Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others.
  • Do not interfere with security, availability, or access controls.
  • Do not use Last Watched to extract, republish, or create a substitute service from provider metadata.
  • Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Last Watched or its data providers.

Third-party information and services

Movie, television, artwork, people, and availability information comes from third-party sources. It can be incomplete, unavailable, or change without notice. Links and availability details do not guarantee that a title can be watched in your region or subscription.

Your use of the App Store, TMDB, JustWatch, streaming services, and linked websites is subject to their own terms.

Your data

The current app stores watch history locally. You are responsible for maintaining device backups appropriate to your needs. Review the privacy policy for more about app data, metadata requests, website delivery, and support messages.

Ownership and licence

Last Watched software, design, text, and branding are protected by applicable law. No project source-code licence has been selected. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner.

Availability and responsibility

The app and website may change, pause, or end. No service-level or response-time promise is made in this review version.
